All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.


 Shipping Locations

Forge & Co currently ships to South Africa and selected international destinations.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.


 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed.

South Africa

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after shipment.

Customers can track their orders through our Track Order page.


Shipping Delays

 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Forge & Co is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.


 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

 Shipping Costs

From time to time, Forge & Co may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.

Forge & Co is not responsible for customs-related charges incurred after shipment.
